National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. PD-EHV-10-2024 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following: Dismantling / Stacking, Safe Handling, Shifting / Transportation of Spare Gantry Structure Material Installed At AIS Switchyard of 220kV Grid Station Ghazi Road Lahore 2. The Employer invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue as per NTDC specifications (details, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding document). 3. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category i.e. EE-04 & EE-05 (with original certificates) for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage- Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. 4. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before April 02nd, 2024 at the following address during office hours. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non?refundable fee of Rupees 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) from the date of publication of IFB. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Project Director (EHV) NTDC Lahore. 6. The Bidder should have successfully completed 01 No. similar nature works i.e. dismantling, Safe handling & transportation of 220kV or above rating equipments within last 05-Years along with documentary evidence for which the contractor/bidder will submit completion certificates for the issuance of bidding documents. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 8. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or before April 3rd, 2024 at 10:30 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 9.
